Saillard Ainé Catalog 1843

Saillard Ainé was a manufacturer of pipes founded in 1836 and domiciled 59 Rue des Granges in Besançon, France.

Originally specializing in clay pipes, it diversified as its close neigbour of Saint-Claude became the capital of briar pipe manufacturing. It should be noted that Saillard also served as a distributor in Southern France for Gambier and Fiolet, the two heavyweights in French clay pipe manufacturing.

This is a catalog of Saillard Ainé's production in 1843.
